Remember: this is a survey, not a test. You can't fail, so please answer honestly to get helpful feedback. This quiz is confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Instructions: rate the following statements 1-5. (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree). You can skip a question and it won't count against you.

1. I track and check claims.


2. I prefer not to have recognition.


3. I have a long term plan to create specific change.


4. Before I make another donation, I review the impact of my last donation.


5. I am quick to accept meetings with causes or fundraising representatives. 


6. My hot button issues are public information.


7. The places I support quickly provide the exact information that I want.


8. I have estate plans / a written will.


9. I support some organizations so I can attend their gala/events.


10. I answer unknown numbers.


11. I put in the time needed to review and vet.


12. I care what others think about my donations.


13. I achieve more with donations I make on my own (without fundraising meetings)


14. I support a wide variety of different issues.

16. I support a charity that spends money unwisely or could be more accountable.
