Remember: this is a survey, not a test. You can't fail, so please answer honestly to get helpful feedback. This quiz is confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Instructions: rate the following statements 1-5. (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree). You can skip a question and it won't count against you.

1. I keep careful records of all donations.


2. I am quick to accept meetings with causes or fundraising representatives. 


3. I suspect that groups are sharing my info.


4. My hot button issues are public information.


5. I don’t review unsolicited requests.


6. I know what I want. No one is going to charm me, persuade me, or change my mind. 


7. I achieve more with donations I make on my own (without fundraising meetings)
