Remember: this is a survey, not a test. You can't fail, so please answer honestly to get helpful feedback. This quiz is confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Instructions: rate the following statements 1-5. (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree). You can skip a question and it won't count against you.

1. Sometimes I make last-minute or urgent donations.


2. I support a wide variety of different issues.


3. I receive calls and emails from organizations I’ve never heard of.


4. Before I make another donation, I review the impact of my last donation.


5. I know the specific problems that I’m trying to address. 


6. I prefer not to have recognition.


7. I put in the time needed to review and vet.

9. I support some organizations so I can attend their gala/events.
